We Are A Full Service Maintenance Company Located In Vero Beach, Florida.
In 2007 the founder of MASPRO Property Services (Jeff Mason) moved to the Treasure Coast of Florida from central Illinois with the intention of starting a business. Shortly after moving to Florida he met Ashley, who is originally from upstate New York. They are now married, they have 3 children and they still work together every day.
This business originally started as a lawn care and landscaping company in 2010. Landscaping has always been one of Jeff's true passions in life. At an early age he would cut his grandfather's grass for him every weekend, so when he moved to Florida getting into the lawn care and landscaping business came naturally. But while in the field he quickly realized there were a lot of individuals, and businesses that could benefit from one service company that is qualified to handle all phases of maintenance. After realizing the demand was there, MASPRO Property Services was formed.
Jeff has been around the Real Estate management business for over 20 years. Fresh out of high school he found employment as a building maintenance technician for a 100 unit apartment complex. He then went on to become the maintenance director for multiple organizations utilizing the business model he put together. He has a passion for the work he does. He is a true entrepreneur at heart.
