We Are A Full Service Maintenance Company Located In Vero Beach, Florida.
In 2007, Jeff Mason, the founder of MASPRO Property Services, moved from central Illinois to the Treasure Coast of Florida with the goal of starting a business. Shortly after relocating, he met Ashley, originally from upstate New York. They are now married, have three children, and still work together every day.
The business originally began as a lawn care and landscaping company in 2010. Landscaping has always been one of Jeff's true passions. As a child, he would mow his grandfather's lawn every weekend, so entering the lawn care and landscaping industry in Florida felt natural. However, while working in the field, he quickly realized that many individuals and businesses needed a single, qualified service company to handle all aspects of property maintenance. Recognizing this demand, Jeff expanded the business, leading to the formation of MASPRO Property Services.
Jeff has been involved in the real estate management business for over 20 years. Fresh out of high school, he began working as a building maintenance technician for a 100-unit apartment complex. He later became the maintenance director for multiple organizations, implementing the business model he developed. Jeff is passionate about his work and a true entrepreneur at heart.
